Obligations of the Seller

• The seller must deliver the goods according to the terms of the contract.
• The goods must match the description and qualities of the sample provided.
• If no description is provided, the goods must be suitable for the intended purpose agreed upon.

Customer Rights (Legal Guarantee)

• If defective, the customer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.
• Repair or replacement must be done within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience.
• The seller must cover all related costs (postage, labor, materials).
• Price reduction or termination applies if:
  a) Repair/replacement is impossible;
  b) Not done within a reasonable time;
  c) Causes significant inconvenience.
• The customer may claim damages under Georgian law.
• Minor defects do not justify contract termination.
• Proportionality of cost is judged based on:
  a) Price if goods were compliant;
  b) Level of non-compliance;
  c) Alternative means to fix the defect.
• If the defect appears within 6 months, it is presumed it existed upon delivery unless proven otherwise.

Responsibilities of the Parties

• Each party must fulfill their obligations in good faith.
• Damages due to non-fulfillment are compensated under the law.
• Compensation does not relieve parties from fulfilling obligations.

Order Processing

• Purchases can be made online or by cash on delivery to the courier.
• Order processing must be completed within 14 business days of payment.
• Delivery must occur within 7 business days of processing.
• An order is complete upon delivery to the customer.
• If delivery is not possible, the customer will be refunded.
• The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery.
• All order-related documents must be provided on request.

Delivery

Courier service in Tbilisi costs 7 GEL.

Delivery outside Tbilisi ranges from 10 to 30 GEL depending on the destination.

Return Policy

Exceptions apply to contract cancellations without providing reasons.
